Harris Cole
BIO
Arriving on the beat scene almost a decade ago, instrumental producer Harris Cole led the genesis of a burgeoning instrumental hip hop movement on SoundCloud, cultivating his own sound within the realms of ambient, experimental, and electronic music. The Chicago-born, Los Angeles-based artist reached fans worldwide when his 2016 single “Game Over” garnered over 23 million streams on Spotify and was used in over two million videos on TikTok. Since the release of his 2016 debut album Pause, Harris has released Colors, another EP with over 50 million streams on Spotify. As the first instrumental artist to be featured on “Fresh Finds,” a playlist with over 800,000 likes, Harris has brought his signature sound to the masses.
In 2021, he released his first project ‘Sirens’ EP, in collaboration with Somni, on LA based label Friends of Friends. Fresh off the heels on his stellar remix of “Rise Again” by fellow FOF cohort Afternoon Bike Ride, Harris preps for his solo project since his 2016 full length ‘Pause’. The first single “Again” featuring Juliana Chahayed is out now on all platforms.
‘Always Less’ releases October 7th via Friends of Friends.
